The classes use all the equipment, including the reformer, cadillac, stability chair and arc barrel. We allow a maximum of 6 people per class, meaning that we can tailor the class to the participants and enables our instructors to spend some time with each individual during the class. If you have never done reformer before, have an injury or are pregnant, you must complete a private session before transitioning to a class.

By following a pilates exercise program throughout your pregnancy, the mother can alleviate these symptoms as well as prepare for labor.
This session is exclusively for you. If you are wanting to learn better technique, increase your body awareness and improve your progress towards strength, fitness or injury rehabilitation, then private sessions can benefit you. Private classes are essential if you have never done reformer before or if you have an injury.
This class is an alternative to the bigger reformer class and enables small groups of people with similar ability to do a class together. The classes use all the equipment, including the reformer, cadillac, stability chair and arc barrel. These sessions would be beneficial to someone who is wanting to gain more experience with the equipment or a group of friends or colleagues wanting to train together.
