Clinical Exercise (formerly known as Pilates), designed and implemented by our qualified Physiotherapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist, is a personalised and tailored program that uses Pilates equipment including reformers, trapeze tables, weights, kettlebells, balls, barrel, wunda chair and resistance bands.

Our Clinical Exercise sessions are a form of exercise that specifically addresses improving ‘core stability’, increasing flexibility, enhancing body awareness and takes into consideration improving one’s posture and ability to perform day-to-day activities, whilst managing the risk of developing musculoskeletal conditions. By building your ‘core stability’ or ‘core strength’ you can decrease your susceptibility to injuries and reduce the length of an injury.
